These terms govern your 7G PRO subscription, and your private proposal completes them and prevails where it applies to you
The service
7G PRO is a growth product offered by 7Grounds to companies, including the command center, the growth engine and the services listed in your plan and private proposal
Your account
Accounts open on your request after review by our team and start working once the subscription is activated, you are responsible for accurate details and for keeping your sign in private
Prices and payment
Engine activation is paid once, then the monthly subscription of your plan, with the final price and included ad budget set in your private proposal
Success fee
10% on franchise, investment and B2B deals and 5% on real estate, due when a deal closes with a party who reached you through 7G PRO
Our commitments
We work with professional care toward your agreed goal and show every result in your command center, and since results depend on the market, the offer and team responsiveness, we do not promise fixed numbers in advance
Your commitments
Accurate information about your company and offers, timely follow up with qualified leads, and lawful use of the service
Ownership
The clients and data the engine gathers for your company belong to it, while the system, its tools and its way of working belong to 7Grounds and do not transfer with the subscription
Confidentiality
Both parties keep non public information confidential during the subscription and after it
Renewal and pausing
The monthly subscription renews automatically and can be stopped by written notice before the cycle ends, the engine activation fee is not refundable once work has started
Limits of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye with Istanbul courts competent for any dispute, for any question write to growth@7grounds.org
